Vice President of Hotel Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Larry Layman, a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of hospitality industry experience, oversees the accounting and financial reporting of the firm’s hotel portfolio which includes the development of budgets and forecasts, revenue and expense management and the preparation of detailed financial reports and analysis. Mr. Layman works closely with hotel operations to develop and implement effective operating procedures and internal controls at each location.
Prior to joining The Siegel Group Mr. Layman held a variety of managerial positions within some of the hospitality fields most respected providers including L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, Viceroy Hotel Group, Outrigger Lodging Services and Hilton Hotels. He is a graduate of Trinity University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
