Vice President of Admin & Finance
Mark Higley, Vice President of Administration & Finance, joined the organization in 2006 as Director of Development; a position where he assisted Founder Stephen Siegel on a variety of matters including business development, real estate due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, asset management and special projects. Mr. Higley works closely with the company’s lenders and various third parties throughout the acquisition, disposition and holding period and is responsible for ensuring loan compliance for the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. He is also involved in the performance of Risk Management duties that include loss prevention and compliance related to the purchasing of a variety of insurance to ensure The Siegel Group and its affiliated entities are adequately protected.
Mr. Higley received a Bachelor of Arts from Pitzer College (a member of The Claremont Colleges consortium) and holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.
