In 2009 The Siegel Group acquired the former St Tropez hotel, a dilapidated, non-operational 150 room all-suite property situated on approximately 4.09 acres located on the desirable Harmon Corridor directly across from the main entrance of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and just blocks from the Las Vegas Strip. The company immediately initiated a multi-million dollar renovation followed by an extensive rebranding campaign transforming the distressed property into the Rumor Boutique Hotel, Las Vegas’ first true boutique resort. The renovation process took approximately ten months and included a number of new amenities built and designed to upgrade the property that included the addition of a new restaurant, chic bar, the addition of slot machines, two pool’s, outdoor resort style courtyard, meeting space, limousine and concierge service and spacious designer signature hotel suites.
