The Siegel Group acquired former Chancellor Apartments, a 92 unit apartment complex located directly off Las Vegas Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada comprised of spacious two-bedroom, two bath apartments ranging between 1,000 – 1,400 square feet in size which are among the largest in the market. The building which was close to being condemned by the City of Las Vegas was in such a state of disrepair with residents living in dangerous and unlivable conditions that The Siegel Group immediately vacated the property to ensure resident safety and initiate the renovation process.

 

Notable improvements and enhancements to the property included:

  • Complete renovation of all 92 units as well as update to facade that included new paint, upgrades to office and laundry areas, exterior lighting, stone veneer enhancements, roof, parking lot and landscaping improvements, new chiller and boiler systems and the installation of large monument sign built into the side of the property
  • Modernized facilities to bring property into compliance with present day building and life safety codes
  • Implemented new amenities including wireless internet and security patrol
  • Converted traditional apartment complexes to The Siegel Group’s signature Siegel Suites brand that provides flexible living and payment arrangements with average occupancies exceeding 90% per location. Implemented Siegel Suites Rewards; a multi-tiered program that has been an invaluable tool in building and maintaining the brands loyal customer base by providing residents with the opportunity to earn points for paying their rent which can be used towards free rent, food, gift cards, electronics and more
  • Completed renovation and stabilization process in 12-month period>
