Operations Support Director
Christal Harman, Operations Support Director, has been with The Siegel Group since 2012. She has experienced tremendous growth within the company starting out as Credit and Collections Manager for the hospitality division developing multiple policies and procedures to prevent revenue loss and increase collections on A/R. Eager for more responsibility, Ms. Harman transitioned into the Implementation and Training Manager working with the multi-family division taking on the notable task of transitioning all Siegel Suites and Siegel Suites Selects from paper-based operations onto a cloud-based property management system (PMS). Upon successful implementation of all properties, Ms. Harman was promoted to the Operations Support Director where she implements policies and procedures, manages the purchasing process, maintains and supports the PMS system, and hosts companywide trainings. Her growth in the company allows her to apply the knowledge she has gained to benefit the company by streamlining process to increase productivity and maximize revenue.
Prior to joining The Siegel Group, Ms. Harman worked at Alexis Park Resort for 6 years as the Accounts Receivable Manager, collecting over 1.5 million dollars in past due receivables within 3 months of acquiring the position. While working full-time she attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and obtained two Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son and kayaking with friends on the Colorado River.
