This off-market purchase, made with an all-cash transaction totaling $6.425 million, marks the entry of the Siegel Select® brand into Kentucky and brings the company’s Siegel Suites® and Siegel Select® portfolio to 64 locations nationwide.
Located on Interstate 75 and Kentucky Route 18, just twelve miles from Downtown Cincinnati, the newly named Siegel Select Florence is ideally positioned near the Florence Mall and the iconic “Florence Y’all” water tower. Built in 1997, the 3-story property spans 2.12 acres and includes 145 units, all equipped with kitchenettes. Siegel Group plans to make minor cosmetic improvements, update furniture and appliance packages, and enhance exterior branding with new paint, lighting, and signage to align with the Siegel Select brand’s standard.
